Contribute to Build and Maintain the Park

Winter Camp Park is being built and maintained solely with contributions of funding, time and talents of neighbors within The Woods community.  THE PARK IS OPEN TO ALL HOMEOWNERS, RESIDENTS, AND THEIR GUESTS - NO MEMBERSHIPS AND NO FEES! The goal is to continue to create and maintain it solely with volunteer funding. Everyone's help is needed to let the Park meet its potential.

It is in that spirit that a “Friends of the Park” program has been established. All are invited to join in creating the community gathering place all can enjoy.

 

Friends of the Park are those who contribute at least $100 a year to the Park. They are part of a community effort to enhance recreational enjoyment of ALL our neighbors. The Friends are acknowledged on the Winter Camp Park website (www.wintercamppark.com), as well as on the Park’s Bulletin Board.  Those who become Friends will receive decals that they can proudly display on their vehicles!

 

Become a Friend by contributing $100 or more.  Please make checks payable to Winter Camp Park. Monthly contributions can be made easily by using PayPal’s automatic contribution capability.  Hopefully, as you see the Park flourish as a resource to our community, you will renew your donation annually.

​​​​​​​​Corporate Friends of Winter Camp Park provides a way for companies that do business in The Woods to show their appreciation to their Woods' patrons by providing resources that support and sustain Winter Camp Park.

For an annual contribution of at least $125 (for a Corporate Friend) or $250 (for a Premier Corporate Friend), Corporate Friends will receive the following, plus much more: recognition on the Winter Camp Park website, company logos in our newsletters (sent to over 1700 Woods residents), including links to your company’s website or email, decals for vehicles recognizing status, ability to highlight your business on the bulletin boards within the park, publication of a company-provided article in the newsletter and on the website, opportunity to have Company-provided handout material at all large Winter Camp Park activities, access to the Winter Camp Park Facebook page for highlighting your business…Premier Corporate Friends can also place a “yard sign” at designated spots in the park during events and “adopt” benches and picnic tables in the park for the calendar year.

For funding contributions, mail a check to Winter Camp Park, 1888 Wintercamp Trail, Hedgesville, WV 25427. Checks should be made out to Winter Camp Park.  For your convenience, you may also contribute by PayPal or credit card using the Contribute button below, although a slight fee will be deducted by the PayPal or credit card companies.  Please note that Winter Camp Park is not a 501(c)(3) charity so your contributions are likely not tax deductible. However, all funds received will be used for the enhancement, maintenance or administrative expenses for the Park.
